VRISSAS TSIPOURO
Characteristics:
A true miracle made from distilling Tyrnavos grapes accounting for the 33.000 acres of vines in our small town. MUSCOTEL red grapes of SAVATIANO are proffered for the making of TSIPOURO. In handcrafted copper boilers TSIPOURO must be boiled twice for removal of harmful substances without the use of chemical and synthetic ingredients (eg. Food coloring, preservatives and taste enhancers).
Serving Suggestions:
Served straight or with ice and water, for TSIPOURO fans it is best served with a variety dish of small fish, squid, octopus, salads and pickles.
