Ingredients: Grapes, exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
Characteristics:
The distillation of grapes from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety has been distilled from fresh grapes of the known variety from vineyards of mountainous regions of Iraklio, in Crete.

TSIKOUDIA KRETARAKI (Grappa Brandy)
Ingredients: Grapes, mainly from the Sultanina variety but from other local varieties, such as Moschato, Malvazi, Vilana, Kotsafili and Mandilari.
Characteristics:
The Grapes receive small pressure in order to maintain great percentage of humidity, so that we have better distillation in relation to the quality of the final product.
