The adaptation of the Assyrtiko variety, the most dynamic Greek White Variety, to microclimate of Microchori region, results a generous wine.
Straw pale color, intense citrus- fruits aromas with distinctive peachy characters. Full mouth with a refreshing acidity which is balanced at the end by the greasiness of the alcohol, while the aging in oak barrels adds the sweet and long aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions:
The wine is an ideal accompaniment to steamed grouper with vegetables, fettuccini prawns and chicken with curry and pineapple.
