Bright yellow-green in color, subtle floral fragrance and aromas of peach and mango on the nose, with highlights of lime, citrus and lemon. On the palate it reveals ripe concentrated citrus fruit and savory finesse. Well-balanced, with a rounded texture and a fine acidity that freshens up its long-lasting finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy it with shellfish, grilled fish, white meat in a lemon sauce. Best served at a temperature of 10-12° C.
