Characteristics:
Medium ruby color. Layered nose of red fruit, black pepper and tobacco, with notes of chocolate and cedar. On the palate is concentrated, with a rich texture that gives a fine structure. Balanced and spicy, with fruity and oaky flavors persisting onto a long-lasting finish. A glorious expression of its terroir.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy it with meat in a rich spicy sauce and mature cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 18° C. Accompaniment: Ideal with pheasant, partridge and roast lamb.
