Kotsifali, Mandilaria.
Characteristics:
Ruby color. Nose of red fruit (strawberry, cherry), black pepper, with notes of chocolate. On the palate is concentrated, with a rich texture that gives a fine structure. Balanced and spicy, with fruity flavors persisting onto a long aromatic finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy it with white meat and pasta with red sauces. Best served at a temperature of 16° C -18° C. Accompaniment: Ideal with pheasant, partridge and roast lamb.
